Terms of use.
The tool
Form Guard is a review aid. It may point out repeated words, possible adjacent letter swaps, browser-reported validation problems, and mismatched retyped values. It does not guarantee that a form is correct, complete, legally sufficient, or successfully submitted. It does not diagnose or treat dyslexia and is not a medical device.
Your decisions
You remain responsible for reviewing form contents, deciding whether to make a change, and submitting the form. Form Guard never edits or submits for you. Do not rely on it as the only check for financial, legal, health, government, identity, or emergency information.
Guard+ purchase
Guard+ is a $12 one-time license for the listed convenience feature. Checkout is hosted by Sociobot, with Dodo acting as merchant of record. Payment details are not handled by this site or extension. Refunds are handled through the merchant of record; a refund revokes the associated license. A license may be restored on your own devices but may not be resold or shared publicly.
Availability and warranty
The software is provided “as is,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law. We may update or discontinue features, but core local review is not intentionally conditioned on a Guard+ purchase.
Acceptable use
Do not use the software to access form data without the form user’s permission, interfere with websites, or violate applicable law. These terms are governed by applicable law where the operator is established, without overriding rights that cannot legally be waived.
